Email us from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm within 2 business days and finish within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your sign-in, your name and email address, and your access to every project.

What stays

Records you signed on a project (test results, check sheets, photos, signatures) stay with the company that owns the project, because they are part of the construction record. They are kept against your name as it was when you signed.
