From switchroom to handover report: verified evidence for every asset
The traditional handover crunch exists because evidence is collected one way (by trade, by date, by inbox) and delivered another way (by asset, by system, by package). Someone has to perform that translation, and it always lands at the worst possible time: the end of the job.
If every asset carries its verified record from the day its evidence first arrives, there is nothing to translate. The handover report is a rendering of what already exists: per-asset evidence, verification history and clearance status, assembled on demand.
The same record that gated energization becomes the record the client keeps. Nothing is rebuilt, nothing is re-checked under deadline pressure, and the last week of the package looks like every other week.
